The information below is just an updated version of the lies which were spread about me and Jesse back in 2001 after his book came out. These lies originated from Mary Smiley and Paul Monroe. Anyone who has had any contact with these two people, know how hate filled and vile they are in their attacks on anyone who becomes the target of their hate.
I have addressed some of these issues back in 2003 on Suite 101 and Delphi forums. I won't waste my time explaining anything now because I am damned if I do and damned if I don't.
But below are two newspaper articles with photos proving that Joel Timothy Zophy most certainly is not the man on the lawn mower with Benjamin. I can tell you for certain that Tim Zophy is in no way involved with me or Jesse. All of the BS about him being involved with us is nothing but fabricated garbage.
I have previously proven this point in my 2003 messages which I posted. Back then, Mary Smiley's story was that it was Joel Timothy Zophy in the photo with Benjamin on the lawn mower. Once I presented the following newspaper articles with photos proving once and for all that her allegations about the photo were absolutely lies, she then changed her approach and concocted the kind of trash that is out there today. Then, of course, Paul Monroe was involved. Now there are a handful of liars putting their BS together.
The following is the current batch of lies, mistakes and mixed up information.
Here is the info....I have had it told to me by two people now.

Long before they came out with the DNA in the Elvis/Jesse case on the show with that one tv anchor out of St. Louis, it would be Bill Beenie's DNA samples involved with EJ. His DNA samples have made the rounds for years.
If it matches EJ, it's Tim Zophy's. And he can be found in either one of two places: Federal Prison, or in the mental hospital in Kalamzaoo. He was the one with the "voice distorter," and he wrote the letters in Hinton's book. He was one of the Jon Burrows. TZ was involved with Donald Hinton. Last heard he was in a mental hospital in Kalamazoo. When he is released from the hospitlal, he will go to Federal Prison.
In one of the Letters in Belka's book (Unquiet Grave), it mentions "the other Jon Burrows!"
TZ was behind the Kalamzoos sighting, the one Louise Welling witnessed. Louise is very sincere, and believes it was Elvis she saw. A Group exposed the Kalamzoo sighting in a book, "True Disbelievers: The Elvis Contagion."
TZ was involved with Paul DeMoss who helped Paul D. set up the sighting. Ray K. (I don't recall the spelling of his last name. It is a polish name) impersonated Elvis in the Kalamazoo sighting. Actually it wasn't a "supermarket" sighting, it was a small "grocery store"sighting in Vicksburg, Michigan, outside of Kalamazoo
DeMoss was one of the group who purchased the "pool house picture" for Gail Giorgio. Mike Joseph who took the photos exposed the group on Larry King. Gail near crapped her pants. LOL Graceland took Gail off the scene after this group was exposed on Larry King, and it was proved Gail was involved with them. Three were named on Larry King involving the Sivle Group who signed the pool house picture contract. The Sivle group goes back to Steve Chanzes.

I just want you to have info, I was told by someone the letters are being written by a guy named Tim, and he is locked up. Then I get this info above......OH man my head is spinning.

This is, once more, written by "Mattie Hatter", Again I ask, if they are so very proud of their "proof" against me and so proud of what they are attempting to do to me and my web site, why won't they post their actual name (s) on the top of their page as I do?

NEW LIES AND RUMORS
There has been a rash of attacks coming at me from the Elvis-Presley-Forever forum. I will insert these in their entirety so all may enjoy them as well.
I won't even dignify any of these with responses. All I will say is, check out all of the facts and documents, etc. on my web site. Then weigh my truthful information against this group of "anonymous" and "fake first names only" comments and make up your own mind.
The critics are coming out in full force to discredit me. For those who choose to follow the lead of these liars, then that is your choice. You see, I am gaining nothing from having my web site except the forum to tell and document my truth. Therefore, these comments have no bearing upon me whatsoever. I don't understand what their objective is as I have no agendas except the truth...no fees to visit, no material items to sell, and I could care less if not one more copy of Jesse's book ever sells...I have no stake in the proceeds from that book at all...my only interest in Jesse's book is validating that it is the absolute truth.

Hi there all
Just thought I'd drop a line to let you all in on what I know. The man Linda Hood Sigmon follows is not who she thinks it is. How do I know because I know the guy who is behind it all. He is in prison and has been for long time. He has acess to mobile internet and can be found on twitter. H e has people working for him on the outside. This man hated Elvis and never liked him as he thought elvis had a big ego.So because he couldnt bring Elvis down when he was alive, his aim is to discredit Elvis in death. This inmate is a master mannipulater and can make people believe anything.
I know becuse I was in prison and only got out recently, his words to me were 'I brought Elvis back from the dead and back into peoples dreams you dig! I am shocked by all I have read since coming out and saddended that people have been lead astray by all this. I know its hard to take but it is true and I am sorry to have to tell you all this. But Jesse is not Elvis. |

As you can see, the title to this page has been changed from "MY HONEST RESPONSES TO NONSENSE ON OTHER SITES" to the new title above.
The reason for the change is that I always want every single visitor to my site to be fully informed of any and all comments about me, especially those filled with allegations of lies and or insanity on my part...so from now on, I will post any criticisms of which I become aware without any response from me. This way everyone can independently make up their own mind.
I'll only add that many of my most vocal critics are those who have a stake in making sure that people do not believe me. They are those who make a portion of their living based on the "fact" that Elvis is dead...then there are others who just want to protect their reputations.
From here on out, I will be posting articles and links to articles in which I am torn from limb to limb by those who think that I am living in my "own little dream world with Elvis", etc.
So far today (Saturday, February 27, 2010) I have two such articles. They are shown in their entirety below along with the link to the site on which they appear so that everyone may go to the site and see if these articles have been updated, responded to, etc. The name of the individuals responsible will also be shown if they appear in the original article. This is published material and therefore, I bear no responsibility to protect the identity of the writer if they have placed their name on a published work.

When someone like Linda puts out a website that is based on the notion that Elvis lives as one Jesse Garon, you think that people should not have an opinion/should not question nor deliberate on what she is stating.
Rock and Roll changed culture and sparked many subcultures there after that grew and went into the mainstream. The Elvis alive group will always be a minority or subculture/underground hence it never will go very far only will it stay as a back street . However the fact that this exsists and is written about by Linda and others is interseting to those who study cultural impacts and how it effects different societies.
The fact that Elvis Presley is now seen as a God like figure and worshiped by many will always be written about, be it how/when/what/where/why? Its only human nature to question. Many people love Elvis some do so and write about it.Weather it be good bad or indifferent, what dose it matter we see all sides of coin. We tear things apart, trying to figure out meanings. Writers do this, everything is written about. Depending on what moves the person to share an opinion.
Hell some even write about the coming and goings in airports. There are many books on it. So let me tell you this if you decide to put something out into the public domain, be prepared for a reaction if you can't handle what may come. Why do it. Actors/writers/directors all get mixed reactions by critics. people have every right to discuss/critasize a topic. Remember Elvis has been written about long before linda YOU came along, your story is just a tiny side to the tale, all be it a fairy tale. So please stop your whinning and count your self lucky that some are even bothered to write about you and your jesse tale.
As for not visiting your website, that you advise to the non believers, A suggestion would be to only let your believers see what you write. This though is not the best answer, so stop acting like its no big deal and that what you write is just for your self and a select few. You are voicing your notions to the world. Writer have every right to write what they please about your website. So my advise to you Linda Hood Sigmon.

A friend has made me aware that there is a very nasty article about me posted on the Internet. I choose not to visit the site. I have no need to read more lies and garbage. However, there is a photo of someone posted on this site which is presented as being me. I have not a clue who this lady is and I certainly don't mean any hurtful rebuff to the lady in this photo. I just wish to set the record straight that the photo IS NOT ME!
This same photo along with the lies about me has been posted on the Internet by some of these same people several times over the years. As the photo is a fake, should that not tell you that their words are lies as well!?

In response to a post on The Truth About Elvis Comments Board regarding a photo found of the "real Ben". Once again this "self-appointed expert" (A.J.) has shot herself in the foot. I have created a collage of photos of Baby Ben with Lisa Marie and of a little older Ben with Jesse and with Lisa Marie.
The lower right photo (in red) is the one which A. J. has posted to prove that the little boy with Jesse is not really Benjamin.

Just took a visit to Linda Hood Sigmons WEBSHITE anyone who believes her needs to see a Doctor. Linda still finds lots to write about and seems to have a great nack in twisting things to suit her and her Jesse story. Linda has a tunnel vision insight in what she sees as truth and as she has nothing better to do but devote her life to madman who plays Jesse. She still manages to gather meanings and contribute them to almost anything regarding HER Elvis is alive claims.

However if she took the time to research better with what would be hoped a peripheral vision! (although considering her past heap of posts this is forever unlikley to happen),she would know that her claim that Jesse Garon Presley was mentioned in the film credits of the film ‘Coffee and Cigerettes’ 1989 do not connect to anything she claims and the fact that Jesse Garon is mentioned in the credits section IS because one story in the film is about Elvis having an evil twin,so if you watch the film in full you would know that the premise of the story was only a what if? scenaorio and that no malice was intended and that it was only right to pay a mention/RESPECT to Elvis’S brother in credits, with not a thanks beside the name but respects, as is mentioned beside Otis blackwell for him also being mentioned in the film.
One of the plot segments is ;
TWINS:
Originally the 1989 short Coffee and Cigarettes, Memphis Version – aka Coffee and Cigarettes II – this segment features Joie Lee and Cinqué Lee as the titular twins and Steve Buscemi as the waiter who expounds on his theory on Elvis Presley’s evil twin. Cinqué Lee also appears in “Jack Shows Meg his Tesla Coil”. The scene also features a recounting of the urban legend that Elvis racistly disparaged African-Americans in a magazine interview at one time
