I AM MOVING, TO THIS PAGE, MOST REFERENCES TO PAUL MONROE FROM MY MISSION STATEMENT (FRONT PAGE). DUE TO THIS MOVE, YOU MAY SEE DUPLICATE UPDATE NOTICES BELOW

I wish to add this updated information to the following material.  It should be noted that EIN did not originate the lies which were published about me on their web site.  Paul Monroe was the person making the false statements.  Therefore, it is Paul Monroe who is to be held accountable for spreading falsehoods about me all over the Internet.  Paul Monroe currently continues to post his trash about me on other web sites.  As proven in the photo which was displayed earlier on this site, Paul Monroe has no respect for himself nor others...not even Elvis himself.

Elvis Information Network (EIN) has popped up in  search results for my name since a March, 2007 interview was made public.  This statement which appears on their web site is a total lie.  I have contacted EIN numerous times asking that they remove the remarks about me from their web site.  They have either responded rudely or not at all to my Email requests.   Every aspect of this comment is untrue:

 Very recently, EIN posted a link to another web site which, too, has inaccurate statements about Jesse, Dr. Hinton, Eliza Presley, myself and others:

Meanwhile, not surprisingly, many people do not believe Eliza's claim that she is Elvis' half sister. ... a cousin of Elvis', has published an informative and clerly named website: The Kin of Rock and Roll. On the site is an interesting article looking at Dr Donald Hinton and Linda Hood Sigmon, two prominent figures in the continuing saga of Elvis having faked his death.

 

I will say only that the Hinton & Jesse book is the truth -- written by Jesse -- the man who performed so magnificently as Elvis Presley.  My friend, Jesse, is the real man who lives still...not the superstar image of which he grew so weary.  Jesse has been friends with my husband and me for many years beginning in the Spring of 1992.  Over the course of these 17 years, Jesse has proven to me time and time again that he is indeed Elvis. 

Even today I hear rumors of things about me being passed around.  I choose to remain very private.  I have not stepped forward to explain nor defend myself since my attempt in Feb. 2003.  Neither Jesse nor I owe anyone anything...not one more word than those which Jesse wrote in the book.

New threats from Paul Monroe

Yesterday afternoon I received a telephone threat from Paul Monroe.  I have, of course, saved the recorded threats. 

Today, he has posted the following message on The Truth About Elvis message board.  I won't even dignify this garbage with any explanation at all.  I just want this threat posted on my web site as evidence.  I have already checked with attorneys and I have eight years worth of Paul Monroe's slander, libel, and defamation as evidence.  I do definitely have the grounds for a lawsuit.  Just the message he posted below, within itself, is grounds for a defamation law suit.   The lies he told about me on EIN (which have been public on the Internet for the past two years) alone are justification for a lawsuit.

May I suggest to Mr. Monroe: that the best thing for you to do is sit down and shut up before you are slapped with a lawsuit.  Enough is enough and I have had enough!!!!  You know, as well as I do, that you have no money to pay for a lawyer, much less court costs nor any payments awarded to me by the courts. Also, you own no property.

Mr. Monroe, you need not utter any more threats or lies about me.  I have nothing to fear.  I will NOT remove one syllable which I have written about you here on my website.  Every word I have placed on my website is the truth and I can back it up with facts and documentation.  Also, I have very close friends who have witnessed your insanity for years.  Even your own friends have witnessed how insane you are.

Again, I reiterate that I DO NOT fear anything that you can concoct with which to threaten me.  Your days of bullying me are over.  What part of this statement do you not understand???

Jun 8, 2009 10:56 AM It has come to my attention & many others that Eliza & Linda are trying to corner every & all Elvis websites & anything Elvis related to post Eliza's story. Now if Eliza is indeed who she says she is then why try & get every Elvis website & anything related to Elvis to post her story? Linda & Eliza are trying to corner the Elvis is alive story & they are trying to get anything & everything that doesnt suit thier story taken down & thiers put up.Also going to celebrities is nothing more than attempts to get more attention & possibly get some sort of spot in the Television & Movie biz. If Eliza was Elvis's sister & he was alive then why would she come public with her story? Couldnt she just keep it to herself? If her story is true then she would be outing Elvis. Its all for monetary gain & attention. Linda has admitted that she recieved the narcotic pain meds that was suppose to have been a lie.Now her website is attacking my 8 month old son.. This is not fit for young ones (or even adults) to hear...so, don't play in front of children.  Please scroll down on the message board until you begin to see items posted by Major Monroe...you will see the YouTube videos.  They are listed as "Rusty James.....".  Monroe fancies himself as an Elvis impersonator.

I have just this minute removed the disgusting photo of Mr. Monroe from this page.  I am doing this in response to a notice from TipTopWebSite.  Mr. Monroe has threatened to have my web site shut down if I did not remove the photo and other information about his threats from my web site.  He has filed a complaint with TipTop about the photo.  I did remove the photo, after discussing the photo with TipTop, but I will not remove one word of the truth about him from this site.  Mr. Monroe continues to post lies about me on other message boards as per his threat to publish things about me all over the Internet.

Dr. Hinton and I acted out of nothing but love, compassion and devotion to Elvis/Jesse.  It is/was unfortunate that Mr. Monroe acted out of anger and jealousy...and continues to do so.

The Rx shown is not mine, nor are two of the addresses which you show as mine.  This is not the first time that Mr. Monroe  has plastered my home address and phone number all over the Internet....last time in 2003, he added this comment "Call her America".

Go ahead and give it your best shot, Mr. Monroe.  I have nothing to fear from you.  The people who know me will understand my devotion to Jesse.  The people who do not know me, will not matter to me.

It was established years ago that Dr. Hinton prescribed in my name.  Dr. Hinton was investigated and has taken the necessary measures to reestablish his credentials.  He has taken all of the actions asked of him.  The law does not allow double jeopardy.  So, now it comes down to just you and me, Mr. Monroe.  And I will stand toe to toe with you.  You are through bullying me.

I KNOW that Jesse is Elvis and it looks like pretty soon the rest of the world will KNOW also.

You are just taking out your vengence on me because Jesse did not come out and you did not get a letter from him.  That is the driving force behind your actions.

HERE IS A PHOTO OF PAUL MONROE WHICH SHOWS HOW LITTLE RESPECT HE HAS FOR ELVIS.

I have removed the disgusting photo of Mr. Monroe at the request of TipTopWebSite.  For those of you who did not see this photo, I will briefly describe it for you.  The photo shows Mr. Monroe, dressed in an Elvis type white jumpsuit, laying on the floor as if dead.  There is a handful of prescription bottles in one of his hands.  He has some sort of white residue on his upper lip area under his nose...perhaps depicting some sort of illegal substance use.  There is a man kneeling down over him administering CPR.  The friend looks quite disreputable as well...arms covered in tattoos, etc.

THREATS RECEIVED FROM PAUL MONROE AND REGARDING CUZ2EP:

Getting back to the lies Mr. Monroe told about me on EIN...As I wrote on my Mission Statement page, every aspect of those comments is a lie and can be proven to be lies: First off,  I never "conned" Dr. Hinton out of a single thing.  Dr. Hinton and I were  true friends to Elvis/Jesse.  Though Dr. Hinton and I have not been in touch since 2004, I still respect his dedicatiion and loyalty to his patient, Elvis/Jesse. 

Second:   The quantity was 34,000 NOT 63,000 ,nor 64,000, nor 65,000 as Mr. Monroe has said in various reports.  The true number can be seen in the FOX 8 news reports which I have posted on other pages of this web site. 

Third: I was NOT "kicked" out of Gail Brewer-Giorgios' group.  Her newsletter was titled the "Gathering".  I do not recall when the members came to be referred to as "Gatheringites"...I have not considered myself as being known by that title.  Gail and I were friends and I contributed news items to her books and her newsletter.  I visited Gail in her home in January of 1990 and heard the telephone conversation which she had with Elvis back in the fall of 1988.   Because of the compliments and good wishes which Elvis expressed to her and his mention of wanting to return to the public, I was straunchly dedicated to supporting Gail and Elvis.  Gail and I remained friends for a number of years after she and I both had stopped publishing our newsletters.  I have letters from Gail which prove that she and I were very much still friends through about 1994.  I began my newsletter immediately after Gail stopped hers.  Time constraints and demands upon her dictated that she stopped publishing.  Gail gave me her whole-hearted blessings on my efforts to do a newsletter and she wrote and shared information to be published in my newsletter.  My one and only newsletter was titled NOTES FOR THE RECORD.  I began publishing it in July 1990 and ceased publication in March of 1991.  I have NEVER had any part in any publication nor group known as "The Blue Light" group...I am not even sure that such a group ever existed and if it did, I certainly was not involved.

I can document every word shown on this web site.  I cannot state this fact strongly enough.  Every reader and viewer of this web site can read and walk away from this site knowing that they have not read one fact  which is not the truth.

There is another web site on which it is written that I "Shuma" said that Jesse paid for the full page display in the 1980 Country Music Magazine.  I have NEVER stated that "Jesse paid" for that page.  I have pointed out (to a number of people) that it is a very intriguing page.  I have not a clue as to who paid for that page.  However, the placement of that page in relation to the pages preceeding it and the images on that page and the words JESSE'S COMIN'  are, to me very significant.  To my knowledge, no one had even mentioned the idea that Elvis was alive as Jesse back in 1980.  Elvis himself did not tell me about Jesse until about 1998.

Also, for those who seem to think that Elvis choosing to be Jesse is, some how, disrespectful to the memory of his deceased twin...nothing could be farther from the truth.  Jesse explained to me that he "could always feel Jesse inside of him".  He said that Elvis lived for 42 years and that Jesse deserved the same.  He asked me if I thought that people would understand about him being Jesse now.  I replied that those, who view things from a spiritual stand point, would understand.

Mr. Monroe, I feel that any honest person (like myself) would rebel at your mis-stated facts and reach out to explain and defend themselves.  You are a dishonest bully who has pushed people around for years.  You have left other message boards and web sites in a shambles.  You are wishy washy in your actiions.  Just a few weeks ago, you were writing letters of apology to Eliza, Dr. Hinton, Jesse and letters to set the record straight to the agencies with whom you had conveyed information about Dr. Hinton in an effort to destroy him, discredit the book, and cause terrible troubles for Dr. Hinton, Jesse and friends.  You admitted that you had done this and that you realized that Eliza does have DNA proof that Jesse is Elvis.  You stated that you had seen Eliza's DNA proof and that you would accept her and her documentation as being true.

Again, I apologize to all those who visit my website, that I have had to address these issues here.  It is high time that I speak out and discredit those tired old lies which have been spread around for the last 7 years.

Elvis/Jesse himself has given me written confirmation that he wants me to act as his spokes person.  I also have asked him if he approves of me using my real name (rather than Shuma) to speak out.  He has given me the OK...even adding jokingly that I can use HIS name. 

I will not betray Jesse in any manner but can document what I have stated. His safety and well being always come first in my heart, mind, and actions.
